Overview

Wenblr ("we", "us") provides a workflow automation tool. This policy describes what data we collect and how we use it.

Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email (via Clerk authentication)
• Workflow data: blueprints, instances, step completions you create
• Integration data: when you connect third-party services (e.g. Cal.com), we store access tokens (encrypted) and data necessary to operate the integration (booking details, event types)

How We Use Information

• To provide the Wenblr service (running your workflows, calculating deadlines, processing integration events)
• To communicate with you about your account
• We do not sell your data to third parties

Third-Party Integrations

When you connect a third-party service (such as Cal.com), Wenblr receives data from that service (e.g. booking confirmations) to automate your workflows. We only request the minimum access needed and store credentials encrypted at rest.

Data Storage

Data is stored using Neon (PostgreSQL) with encryption for sensitive credentials (OAuth tokens). Data is retained for as long as your account is active.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting hello@wenblr.com.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
